01. How LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY EDITED IMAGES?
At Captured By Emily Jane i strive to deliver your gallery as promt as possible while still ensuring the most is put into the editing process!
Gallery delivery varies between 1 - 5 business days.
02. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF MY OUTDOOR PHOTOSHOOT?
Captured By Emily Jane will give the client the option to continue with the session in the rain & have some fun
OR
Reschedule at no additional cost!
These things are out of our control but Captured By Emily Jane will strive to keep each client happy and satisfied.
03. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR / CAN I BRING AN OUTFIT CHANGE OR MY OWN PROPS?
Captured By Emily Jane wants each client to feel comfortable & confident in themselves during their session, Please wear something you feel comfortable & confident in!
Outfit changes are allowed
( outdoor shoots will require a bathroom on site to have an outfit change)
Props are allowed, Please inform me if you are planning on bringing props in the client questionnaire a few days before the shoot!
04. CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC POSE OR USE MY OWN INSPO IMAGES?
Captured By Emily Jane will send out a client questionnaire a few days prior to your session, if you wish to request specific poses or provide your own inspo images / poses you are able to do so then.
You are also welcome to bring inspo and request poses during your session!
05. WILL MY IMAGES BE SHARED TO YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA / CAN I REQUEST THAT MY IMAGES REMAIN PRIVATE ?
06. CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL EDITED IMAGES?
Here at Captured By Emily Jane your privacy matters! Images will only be shared on Captured By Emily Jane's social media or website with your permission. If you prefer to keep your gallery private. Simply let me know and I'll respect your wishes!
Yes! If you wish to purchase additional images or the entire gallery you are able to do so for an additional cost, Please just reach out & let me know to further discuss!

07. do you offer gift vouchers?
08. what happens if my child is unsettled or doesn't cooperate during the session?
Yes! At Captured By Emily Jane we offer a range of egift cards & A prepaid booking system as well!
As a mother my self i completely understand how unpredictable young ones can be! If your child is unsettled during the session Captured By Emily Jane will strive to get your little one back to being happy and ready to capture some beautiful moments!.
If however your little one isn't able to calm down for the session & we aren't able to capture any good images of your little one Captured By Emily Jane will discuss with the client & reshoot for your session where appropriate!

I do highly recommend to book a session for the start of your little ones wake window to avoid a tired little one & for babies a bottle before the session begins!!
